The owl trek takes you on a short yet a diverse journey with opportunities to visit ancient Buddhist temples and monasteries through dense forests and night camps from where you can hear the hooting of owls.
Visit the many ancient Dzongs, Monasteries where monks still reside.
View the “Burning Lake” Mebartsho.
Trek past quaint towns, villages forests of birch, spruce, fir, hemlock and rhododendrons.
Watch an old traditional Bhutanese flour mill at work.
Visit the famous “Tiger’s Nest Monastery”, perched on the side of a vertical cliff at 3000 m.
