Changing weather may affect travel in Nepal and Bhutan in the coming days due to a developing cyclone in the Bay of Bengal.

In Nepal, unsettled weather is possible from 28 October to 1 November, with rainfall expected mainly from Thursday to Saturday and possible snowfall at higher altitudes.

In Bhutan, impacts are expected from 29 October onwards, with light rain forecast in western and southwestern areas and light snowfall in northern and high-altitude areas. Further updates are awaited.

These conditions may cause flight delays or cancellations and affect road travel, trekking and outdoor activities. Please allow flexibility in your plans, carry warm clothing and rain protection, and follow your guide’s advice. Our team will monitor conditions and keep you informed of any changes affecting your journey.
